ARREST — A 31-year-old man was arrested at 1:14 a.m. Wednesday, June 16, for driving while intoxicated following a report of a suspicious vehicle on the 14000 block of Edgewood Drive.
DISTURBANCES — Report at 9:54 p.m. Tuesday of a verbal disturbance on the 7800 block of Highland Scenic Road. Officer made contact with the people involved and advised them to stay away from each other. The people were arguing about who owned a dog at a residence. The person who called police admitted to pushing the person in the hallway to get past her with the dog.
Report at 6:24 p.m. Monday, of a domestic disturbance in a vehicle on Highway 210 and Memorywood Drive.

Report at 4:22 p.m. Monday of a neighbor cutting down a sign on the caller’s fence on the 13000 block of Meredith Drive. Officers spoke with the neighbor and advised him not to have contact with the neighbors or their property as it appeared it was an ongoing neighbor dispute.
THEFT — Report Monday of a person who stole an unknown amount of merchandise at Walmart, 7295 Glory Road.
Report Monday of a theft of a “We Support the Police” sign from a yard on the 14000 block of Memorywood Drive.
SUSPICIOUS — Report at 11:37 p.m. Tuesday of a suspicious vehicle at Whipple Beach Recreation Area, 14441 Oakwood Drive. Officer advised the person of park hours and sent him on his way.

Report at 10:58 p.m. Tuesday of a man and woman at Whipple Beach after hours.
Report at 7:54 p.m. Tuesday of a suspicious vehicle on the 6600 block of Maryland Road, where two people went into the woods to smoke.
Report at 5:40 p.m. Tuesday of a male with a stick sitting at a picnic table on the 7500 block of Design Road. No criminal acts were occurring and the person was asked to move along as he was on private property.
Report at 8:39 p.m. Monday of suspicious activity where a person was tampering with vehicles at Menards, 15236 Dellwood Drive. Officers made contact and the person denied the activity and witnesses were given conflicting information and the incident was unfounded.

Report at 3:38 p.m. Monday of a suspicious male inside Menards who appeared to look like he was preparing to steal. Staff monitored him for more than 30 minutes and decided to confront the male and ask him to leave. No police assistance was required.
Report at 1:03 p.m. Monday of a bag left by the front door over the weekend at Bremer Bank on Design Road, which appeared to contain rocks and a couple of hygiene items inside.

ARRESTS — A 44-year-old woman was arrested at 12:56 a.m. Tuesday for third-degree DWI during a traffic stop on Washington Street Northeast at Highway 25.
A juvenile was arrested at 3:18 p.m. Tuesday for an assault on the 2300 block of Kermit Lane. The juvenile was arrested for second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
SUSPICIOUS — Report at 2:16 a.m. Wednesday of people sleeping in a vehicle at Kiwanis Park on East River Road. Officer advised them of park hours.
